feat: 更新OBS组件和路由配置，添加动态九图生成器功能, 修复礼物描述不换行的问题

- 在package.json中添加vue-cropperjs和相关类型定义
- 在obsConstants.ts中新增示例组件和控制器组件定义
- 更新manage.ts路由配置，添加OBS组件库和直播工具箱路由
- 在DynamicForm.vue中移除调试信息输出
- 在PointGoodsItem.vue中优化商品描述的显示逻辑
- 删除不再使用的OBS组件视图文件
