feat: 更新组件声明和优化自动操作逻辑

- 移除了旧的关注和舰长事件处理逻辑，简化了代码结构。
- 优化了定时弹幕和自动回复的处理逻辑
- 更新了数据获取逻辑，支持分页加载和无限滚动
